Every day, at midday, in the lands surrounded by the Lattari mountains, the breeze coming from the sea used to dry the pasta dough, thus giving birth to Gragnano Pasta PGI. Pastificio Di Martino is the keeper of this 500-year-old pasta production method and its main ambassador in the world.

Di Martino lands at FICO with a real windmill and pasta factory, bringing the whole Italian durum wheat pasta production chain, according to the ancient Gragnano traditions. More than 200 bronze-drawn pasta types, slowly dried at low temperatures, produced with the best ingredients of their land of origin.

For more than 100 years and three generations, Pastificio Di Martino’s pasta-makers spread the love for Italian taste, lifestyle, food products, and the richness of our traditional cuisine which stems from great skills and care for our lands.
