OUR COURSES - Events and Tours
The Courses, Events, and Tours organized by FICO and held at the FICO Eataly World park are for all those who register as specified below.
The Courses, Events, and Tours offered and sold by Eataly World will be carried out within the FICO Eataly World park.
The terms, conditions, and structure (including but not limited to duration, costs, etc.) of each course will be available on the www.eatalyworld.it website [or on the FICO app [•]] .
PAYMENT METHODS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Registration, payment, and invoicing of Courses, Tours, and/or Events organized by and at FICO will be carried out at www.eatalyworld.it, making it possible to evaluate and select the desired Courses and/or Events.
It will also be possible to register directly at FICO at the InfoPoint until the maximum number of participants is reached for that particular Course and/or Event and/or Tour.
Courses must be paid in advance at www.eatalyworld.it with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club International, American Express, etc.) or at the reception desk with cash, debit or credit card. Payments made at FICO and those made online with a credit card guarantee immediate registration for the desired Course, Event, or Tour and will be charged immediately.
Upon receipt of payment the system will automatically send an email (to the email address indicated by the customer) with final confirmation of the registration and a reminder about the place, date, and time of the Course, Event, Tour.
Registration will be considered completed only when Eatalyworld has received the full payment for the desired Course, Event, Tour. Eatalyworld will issue the invoice according to the information in the registration form.
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF THE COURSE, EVENT, TOUR
Eatalyworld reserves the right to vary the times of the Courses, Events, or Tour, to change their content, to postpone or cancel them, providing advance notice within three days from the scheduled start of the Course and/or Event via the telephone number and/or email address communicated at the time of registration by the customer.
If the Course and/or Event is canceled by Eatalyworld for organizational reasons, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the notice of cancellation the participant will be able to choose another course or to request a refund of the amount paid by means of bank transfer to the bank account specified by the customer. A full refund will be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the customer's request. In such case, Eatalyworld will refund the amount paid with the express exclusion of any liability and any consequent responsibility for damages.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 54 of the Italian Consumer Code, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of payment and the consequent completed registration for the Course and/or Event, the consumer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal without providing any justification, obtaining a full refund of the amount paid. The right of withdrawal by the deadline noted above must be exercised in writing by sending a registered letter with return receipt to [Via Paolo Canali 8, 40127 Bologna]. The registered letter with return receipt must contain the bank information to which Eatalyworld must send the full refund of the amount paid by the customer. DOWNLOAD FORM
The consumer who has exercised the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above procedures will receive, as per Article 56 of the Italian Consumer Code, a full refund of the amount paid within 30 (thirty) days of Eatalyworld's receipt of the registered letter containing the notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made by wire transfer to the bank/postal account specified by the consumer.
After the 14 (fourteen) days provided for the right of withdrawal, it is possible to transfer the right of participation to a third party. To do so, the person who originally made the purchase must communicate the name of the new participant via email within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the start of the Course/Event. This notification must be sent to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
By failing to attend one or more lessons without giving prior notice, the consumer relinquishes any right to retake the missed day of the Course and/or Event and the refund of any amount paid.
It is not possible to request the partial refund of a Course/Event consisting of multiple lessons (purchased in full).
