The partnership between FICO Eataly World and 1000 miglia

Signed today the new partnership between FICO Eataly World and 1000 Miglia, the legendary Italian vintage car race scheduled from 16 to 19 May 2018 on the traditional return route Brescia - Rome - Brescia and which will involve vintage cars from 1927 to 1957. An unmissable annual event and symbol of Italian excellence in the world that combines tradition, innovation, creativity, elegance, beauty and Italian lifestyle, and that will culminate on the evening of May 19th with the Closing Party 1000 Miglia, in the beautiful setting of the medieval castle of the city of Brescia.

A collaboration in the name of the best Italian taste and flavors which includes FICO Eataly World, the first theme park dedicated to excellent Italian food and wine productions and culinary traditions inaugurated in Bologna on November 15th, 2017 and mentioned by the New York Times among the three main reasons to visit the region Emilia-Romagna in the year 2018: the three Fs – Fellini, Ferrari and FICO.

FICO Eataly World has been chosen to take care of the dinner during the Closing Party 1000 Miglia, in collaboration with CAMST and the producing companies within the Park. Excellent products of the Italian tradition wisely reinvented by Fabio Campoli, one of the most acclaimed chefs in the Italian and international gastronomic landscape. Author of four books and curator of scene food for cinema and tv (e.g. Mission Impossible 3, Eat Pray and Love and To Rome with Love), chef Campoli will offer an exclusive culinary project, a journey through a special Mile of Taste that will reproduce some of the race stops accompanied by delicious regional food and wine proposals.
