With the beginning of the new school year, FICO is ready to presents its educational offer to all Italian students aged 6 to 19 (primary, secondary, and high school). Get ready to live an extraordinary learning experience with your classmates! How do you make cheese? And what about gelato? Have you ever dreamed to go truffle hunting? What’s your favorite Italian dessert? Would you like to be able to recognize the plants traditionally used for candy-making? And how do you trim an olive tree?
These are just a few of the many experiences developed by FICO Eataly World to get new generations closer to Italy’s agri-food culture. The educational tours are divided into three main sections and will be available for booking from October 16th at www.eatalyworld.it/it/didattica.

Eight immersive guided experiences to start exploring the Italian farming world and its production chains. Discover how milk becomes yogurt and cheese (Il latte inForma), explore the cereals production chain (Chicco dopo Chicco), learn about the fruits of the land (L'Orto Italiano), and discover traditional Italian desserts (Il sentiero dei Golosi), dressings and seasonings (Goccia dopo Goccia), and the world of land and sea animals (Tra terra e mare). And why don’t you embark on a journey through the Italian countryside (La Campagna) and farms (L’Aia di FICO)?
