After the first food chain dedicated to gourmet dry-cured meat, the best Italian cold cuts lands at FICO Eataly World after a long and natural production process. Only the best Italian pork meat cured and matured slowly and patiently according to ancient family traditions handed down four generations by medieval butcher-masters from Norcia’s Sibillini Mountains.
