Since 1982, Le Soste Association has been the reference point for Italian cuisine in the world, a creative workshop where chefs and restaurants can exchange ideas and projects regarding Italian cuisine d'auteur. Young Enrico Bartolini - one of the world’s most appreciated chefs - brings its exclusive creations at FICO Eataly World. Tradition and innovation add prestige to the perception of Italian cuisine both in Italy and abroad. Under wise direction of chef Bartolini, Le Soste Restaurant at FICO will host different chefs of the Association on a rotation basis.
